In order to use the sasthatrends.com, the user have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.

2. All products are checked, screened and assured to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

3. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Sastha Trends.

4. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on sasthatrends.com shall be entertained only after the approval of Sastha Trends. For which, the customer has to reach us at +91-9025289588 or info@sasthatrends.com.

5. Request for cancellation can be accepted only if the shipment of product is not done. If the product is already shipped, the customer has to bare the appropriate shipping charges. If the product is accepted for cancellation, refund of money will be initiated immediately and the same will be intimated to the customer via mail.

6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

7. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Sastha Trends for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

8. sasthatrends.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

9. sasthatrends.com shall not entertain any complaints after 24 hours, once the order is delivered.

10. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then sasthatrends.com is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.

11. On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that sasthatrends.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

12. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at +91-9025289588 or mail us at info@sasthatrends.com within 24 hours of receipt of product.

13. The damaged/defective product will be accepted for return only if it contains the tag of ‘SASTHA TRENDS’ and also it is mandatory to furnish the product image at the time of filing complain. The product will be accepted for return only after the approval for return sent by Sastha Trends to the customer.

14. This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at Chennai.
