1. Sasthatrends.com strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, while providing the best quality products and services. In order to ensure the same, sasthatrends.com is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. Only the product with manufacturing defect will be accepted for return. In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at +91-9025289588 or mail us at info@sasthatrends.com within 24 hours of receipt of product.

2. The damaged/defective product will be accepted for return only if it contains the tag of ‘SASTHA TRENDS’ and also it is mandatory to furnish the product image at the time of filing complain. The product will be accepted for return only after the approval for return sent by Sastha Trends to the customer.

3. Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the sasthatrends.com regarding the same.

4. In case of any other complaints, email us at info@sasthatrends.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

5. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from sasthatrends.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, sasthatrends.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

6. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Sasthatrends.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

7. All defective products being returned to sasthatrends.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

8. All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to us over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from us are to be borne by the customer entirely.

9. All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to sasthatrends.com within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Sasthatrends.com.

10. Safe receipt of defective product by sasthatrends.com is sole responsibility of the customer.

11. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

12. A person who ordered from our website www.sasthatrends.com, is agreed to our all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website 

13. All the legal cases will be the treated in only Chennai jurisdiction court.
